Obama’s Church - Afrocentric, Racist And Bush-Hating
As readers here know, there has been some recent controversy about Barack Obama’s religious background.

Mr. Obama has recently issued statements through his spokesmen in the media (i.e., reporters), which express his shock at being questioned about such things.

Most of his media spokesmen (i.e., reporters) have then gone on to cite his membership in Chicago’s Trinity United Church Of Christ parish as proof that he is just a regular run of the mill American Christian.

But a visit to the Trinity Church’s website proves that it is not your everyday Christian parish:

The Heartbeat of a Pastor

In the early nineties, Crosby T. Bonner, was residing in a small town outside of Richmond, VA. Then, in his late thirties, having been ordained in the ministry, the vision given to him was to pack up everything and move to Northern Virginia and start a ministry. His introduction to ministry was as a chaplain in the penal institutions of Richmond, VA. As he performed his duties, it occurred to him that applying the principles as expressed in the Bible versus criminal behavior and mindset was a strategy that could not fail. He launched a program known as Christ vs. Crime and became adept at applying this strategy to inmates in a “real life” but scriptural perspective. The constant and numerous victories he encountered behind bars were “eye opening” from the perspective that a great number of Christians are scripturally astute, naturally ignorant. That is to say, that the words as expressed in the Bible in their scriptural forms do not translate to a large group of individuals (Christians) in their everyday situations and their struggles. It became an obsession.

Older And Wealthier
Baby Boomers Economic Impact

By Peter Francese
Age and income help determine what households buy. It is common knowledge that Baby Boomers will fill the 55- to 74-year-old age category during the next few decades. But what is not well known is that along with this population growth we will see a surge in the number of affluent older households - those with annual incomes of $100,000 or more.
A sharp rise in the number of wealthy older people will likely have an impact on the demand for several types of consumer goods or services, such as health care, travel and luxury products. This trend might also change the general perception of the mature market, from retired elders living on a fixed income to an attractive demographic that companies want to target.
